"Held up way better than I expected"
I grabbed this costume last minute because I had put off shopping, so I wasn’t expecting much. But it ended up being really good quality, lasted the whole night, and still looks totally fine afterward.

"Order showed up exactly when they said it would"
I ordered a costume and a few decorations from Spirit Halloween and was really a little nervous it might show up late, especially with how busy October can get. The tracking kept updating the whole time though, which made me feel better.
Everything arrived on the day they originally gave me, the box was in good shape, and nothing was missing. I was really happy with how smooth the shipping was.

"Customer service was quick to help"
I had a little hiccup where my order confirmation never showed up, so I ended up emailing customer service to see what was going on. i wasn’t expecting a super fast reply, but they got back to me quickly. They helped me track down the order info, and after one more message back and forth, everything was cleared up. They were friendly and got it handled without making it a big deal. Overall, a solid experience, even if it wasn’t totally seamless.

"I got a late start on Halloween costumes..."
I got a late start on Halloween costumes this year, so I figured everything good would already be gone. But Spirit Halloween still had a lot to choose from, which was a nice surprise. I was able to find sizes for both me and my kid without bouncing around to a bunch of different sites. A few things were sold out, but for anyone else shopping last minute, there was way more available than I expected. The ordering process was simple too, so overall I was happy with the experience.
